Learn more: triangleclubdovernh.org About YellowHouse Blues Band: The YellowHouse Blues Band is a 9-piece, high energy blues & blues rock band with horns and multiple vocalists, known for putting our own take on popular songs and making them our own. Our song list encompasses material from Blues legends like Howlin’ Wolf, the Allman Brothers, and BB King, to Motown stars like Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder, and modern-day artists such as Eric Gales, Tedeschi Trucks Band and Gary Clark, Jr. We also play popular songs with our own twist like “Pretzel Logic” by Steely Dan, “I’m Still Standing” by Elton John and even “Werewolves of London” by Warren Zevon. For more information on us, you can find us at www.yellowhousebluesband.com, or visit us on Facebook and Instagram. As a band, we’re known for raising money for organizations that we believe in. To date we’ve raised over $160,000 for non- profits in our community and our goal is to bring that number to $250,000. About artist Peter Bruun: Peter Bruun is an artist, curator, and community activist currently based in Maine. Five years after the death of his daughter from an overdose, he turned to his studio for solace. Going headlong into his grief, for three years he excavated his pain by making art. With time came catharsis and healing; light began to break through, and sorrow’s blues began to give way to polychromatic bursts of joy. Learn more about the Each Has Their Grief exhibit.
