As part of the Memorial Day ceremonies in Portsmouth, a Wreath Laying Ceremony will be held at Prescott Park (anchor statue) at 11 a.m. to honor those who were lost at sea. Ceremony should take approximately 30-45 minutes. Music provided by the Portsmouth Middle School Band Ensemble.
