Hours: 8–16 hours/week (may occasionally be fewer). Some weekend shifts required.
About the Role
Seacoast Repertory Theatre is looking for personable, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team as Box Office Attendants. This is a year-round, ongoing position—not seasonal or temporary—and is ideal for someone seeking stable part-time work in a dynamic, community-driven theatre environment.
As a Box Office Attendant, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for patrons and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming theatre experience.
Key Responsibilities

Sell tickets using AudienceView ticketing software

Provide outstanding customer service in person, via phone, and email

Greet patrons and provide information about shows, seating, and policies

Process cash and credit card transactions accurately

Distribute will-call tickets and resolve basic ticketing issues

Maintain a clean, organized box office area

Assist with ticketing reports and audience count tracking

Support ushering and Front of House operations as needed

Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems

Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively

Availability for evening and weekend shifts (including some holidays)

Preferred:

Experience with AudienceView or similar ticketing systems

Previous box office, customer service, or retail experience

Comfortable working in a theatre setting with diverse audiences
