    About Us

The Birchtree Center is a nonprofit that builds full and productive lives for individuals with behavior challenges, autism, and/or related disabilities. Birchtree's experts travel throughout New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts to help individuals ages three and up to succeed in their local public schools, at home, and in their communities. For students with autism who need even more intensive support, Birchtree's day school in Portsmouth offers a year-round special educational day program for students with autism in grades preK-12.
