In March 2020, I co-founded a distillery located in Hermon, Maine. There are three members of the team: myself; Matthew Murphy (my son); James Beaupre, PhD. We make an award-winning American Gin - Jigger & Jones American Gin. Our product is now available in Maine, and New Hampshire. What sets our gin apart from all the rest? Our Jigger & Jones American Gin is not pine needles in a glass, nor is it like licking a pine tree. Quite the opposite. Jigger & Jones offers a premium quality performance with notes of bold citrus, gentle juniper, accompanied by subtle spices and botanicals.
