Each year, Leadership Seacoast welcomes a diverse cohort of established and emerging leaders into its immersive seven-month community leadership program. Through expert-led sessions, site visits, readings, group discussions, and hands-on activities, participants gain a deeper understanding of complex regional issues.

The program explores key topics shaping the cultural, social, political, and economic fabric of the Seacoast. Graduates leave with a broadened perspective, a strong network of fellow leaders, and a deeper appreciation of the interconnected challenges and opportunities facing the community—equipped to lead with purpose and impact.
