The transaction was facilitated by listing agents David Choate and Abby Bachman of Colliers, with Jared Trayer, of Chinburg Properties, representing the buyer.

Located in Portsmouth’s dynamic West End, the property was part of the historic Morley Button Factory and features three office/retail spaces. Unit 1 houses the New Hampshire Theatre Project, a well-regarded arts organization; Unit 2 is occupied by Bill Truslow Photography, an award-winning commercial photographer; and Unit 3 is home to Port One Architects, a respected architectural firm with a strong regional presence.
