  • What’s the Word on Portsmouth Real Estate? Join in a Breakfast Forum on Oct. 22

PORTSMOUTH--Always a hot topic, but never as hot as in today’s Portsmouth market that is seemingly starved for inventory and affordability – the Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth will gather regional experts together to discuss Portsmouth commercial and residential real estate.

The event is a breakfast forum taking place Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at Atlantic Grill in Rye and is open to members and the community as well.

“Our real estate market is skyrocketing. With the median price for a house in Portsmouth at *$775K we wonder, is there a ceiling?” asks Chamber President and Chief Collaborator Ben VanCamp. “And what will we do with empty commercial space? This is all just the tip of the iceberg that we hope to uncover at What’s the Word on Portsmouth Real Estate presented by Treworgy & Baldacci. Join us’

The following have agreed to speak and more might be added. The audience is invited to ask their questions as well, as the interaction is one of the best parts of the program.
