Benchmark at Rye holds groundbreaking for assisted living expansion

RYE—On Oct. 10, Benchmark at Rye held a groundbreaking ceremony for the community’s 60K square foot addition, which will expand senior living options for area families with 70 assisted living private residences and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor common areas.  Common spaces will include a dining room with a hydroponic micro-farm, bistro with bar, several wellness spaces, an outdoor patio with fireplace, grill, resident gardens and more.
